    Being organized feels great (but don't take our word for it)

    Had a great experience with Kay who was our initial contact at StorX Kelowna, she was very accommodating as far as timing as I had to move it the day off, and she also did a great job helping to make... suggestions to enhance the spaces we wanted to have built. She let us know it would be 3-4 weeks and they were about 4 weeks so that was also nice! Jaeden (not sure if i am spelling this his name right) who installed all the projects was fantastic, he was on time both days, hard working (didn't even break for lunch), cleaned up after himself and was very professional! He was efficient and just generally a nice guy!The only reason it is a 4 start and not a 5 star is their invoicing system, even after I paid, for 2 weeks after I received multiple emails with an invoice electronically asking me to pay. In todays day there is so much fraud so I of course reached out I was told "It says right on the email to ignore the invoice if you already paid". I am a person that likes to "know" it is paid and these emails made me annoyed as I didn't feel confident that they received payment. That would be my only complaint!Loving the built ins and wouldn't hesitate to use Kay and the team again as it added so much more functionality to our home. Thanks!read more
