    My journey to becoming the Stor-X franchisee for Burnaby and New Westminster has been shaped by a mix of entrepreneurship, design, and a deep passion for sustainability. Originally from Hong Kong in 2011, I moved to Canada after high school and quickly fell in love with the cooler climate.

    Before joining Stor-X, I was in the hospitality field for more than 10 years and I ran a successful customer service business for 5 years, which I sold two years ago after welcoming the birth of my daughter. And during covid, I have the spare time to get involved in real estate industry, where I experienced firsthand the importance of functional, well-designed storage solutions. During a renovation project, I discovered Stor-X and was impressed by the quality, customization, and craftsmanship. That experience led me to where I am today—helping homeowners create beautiful, organized spaces that make everyday life easier.

    Professionally, I’m known for exceptional customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, handiness and ability to quickly figure out each client’s needs. Whether it’s a custom closet, home office, or an efficient cabinet system, I love transforming spaces to bring both function and style.

    When I’m not working, you’ll find me playing soccer, badminton, hiking, or spending time at the lake in the summer. I’m also a huge animal lover, and right now I share my home with a dog and cats.
