OwnerDuncan worked with a variety of home builders and as an installer for Stor-X before deciding to become a Franchise Owner. Duncan and his family loved Prince George so much they decided to relocate from Victoria to enjoy the sports, outdoor adventures, and community it provides. He recognized the limited options organizers in the area had to choose from and wanted to guide them to the optimal solutions Stor-X provides. His approach to customers is to listen to their needs and wants before making recommendations to ensure he provides the best option for their specific situations.
Being organized feels great (but don't take our word for it)
We've used Stor-X twice now, once in 2015 for a custom closet and shelving in our bathroom, and another just this past month. We are so happy with our new media unit, custom cabinet and custom... shelving/drawers in the weird nook of our son's room. From consultation to complete installation, it was about a month. Penny and Paul were great to work with. During the consultation, they suggested adding a side cabinet in our living area using the same materials and color as the media unit, and it was a really great improvement. My favourite part is they just come in one day, get everything done, load everything out, and leave the place looking amazing. With small kids around, we don't have time to measure, decide which furniture fits, go pick up stuff from the store, and then install the stuff over the course of a few frustrating days or weeks. With 2 young kids and with kids gears all over the place, we needed to have a better set up in our mudroomWe’ve decided to have a bench, hooks, shoe racks and shelves installed.Got measurement and... quotes from 4 different companies. Stor-x was one of them. They were not the cheapest, however Jason was the most detailed, when it came to quote and drawing. With us having such a busy life style that was important. Also with worldwide supply chain issues he gave us a realistic timeline.We are very happy with the professional install. The finished product looks fantastic.
